This year was a strong year for me! As usual, the FAAL show allowed 5 entries, and of my five pieces, FOUR OF THEM got awards! Two second place, one third, and one honorable mention! (As my 2.5 year old says, “How fun is THAT?!?!”)
This year I, again, had a table but new this year, I did a demonstration of book binding! It was funny sitting in the lobby binding a book as I had a little flock of students hovering around my table. Maybe we will do a class for it next year! That would be fun.
I love going to this show. It’s a lot of work, but I always learn something from it.
